Dvana's Cloud Vault

Companies are becoming more and more reliant on their IT systems and the data held on those systems. A hardware failure or a virus can leave companies and individuals vulnerable to catastrophic data loss. Dvana's Cloud Vault ensures that all your data is safe and always available. There is no need to ever loose a file again.

The Cloud Vault system is able to backup all the data on your server or workstation, including Exchange, SharePoint and SQL Server. If you run an operating system other than Microsoft Windows, then the system is able to back that up too, as LINUX, Mac OSX, and various UNIX variants are supported within the service.

The service can also backup any individual files or folders, so it is able to seamlessly integrate with any existing Disaster Recovery Plan.

When your data needs change, the Dvana Cloud Vault will grow with you, as you need more space, we will change your plan and increase your allowance. It is that simple.

You choose the files and folders that are to be sent to the Dvana Cloud Vault, then with your policy sorted out, the files are protected all day everyday. You can retrieve them any time (24x7x365) you wish, instantly.

Dvana's Enhanced Cloud Vault

If you need an extra level of flexibility, performance and redundancy, then the combination of the Dvana Office Vault coupled with the Dvana Cloud Vault, enables you to maintain copies of your files and folders, along with computer backups on a local server.

This enhancement, means that your Dvana Office Vault is able to perform all its standard functions of redundant file sharing etc. while having the peace of mind that comes from the Dvana Cloud Vault. There is an added benefit in that the backup of local machines happens much faster, particularly if your broadband connection is relatively slow. With this enhanced solution you can be sure that your mission critical data is replicated on the Dvana Office Vault and the two copies on the Dvana Cloud Vault, making three in total.

The Dvana Office Vault maintains a history of all the data from the local workstations which are backed up, so files at a point in time can be recovered.

In general operation the Dvana Office Vault coupled with the Enhanced Cloud Vault will enable the restoration of files and machines much faster, since the data is stored locally and there is no need to pull that data down from the cloud. It is already local.
