Dvana offer a range of support services, suitable for all businesses large and small. We provide the technical and logistical expertise which enables you to deal with your business and not the technical infrastructure on which your business runs.

If there is an aspect of the services listed below, which you would like to know more about, then please call us, or if there is something you would like us to do for you which is currently not on our list, as this is not a comprehensive list, the please contact us.

With decades of knowledge in the computing business means that you can be sure that you are getting the best value for money.

Our support options are designed to grow with your needs, so if out of hours cover is not needed, there is no need to buy it. We offer the following support options on all our solutions and systems:

  • Standard - which is office hours 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
  • Evenings - which extends the standard coverage until 10pm.
  • Weekends - which provides standard coverage on Saturday and Sunday.
  • 24 x 7 - which gives all day everyday support.
  • On-Demand - which requires standard support and is available on request.

It is possible to mix and match, so evenings can be covered at weekends, by purchasing both packages.

Instant Support

For instant support, please click the "Remote Support" button to the left to download the instand support application from TeamViewer.

Someone will then ask you for the ID code and then password, this will enable them to remotely access your computer.
