Setup

Unlike most companies, Dvana does not just sell you a box, we provide a comprehensive solution to meet your needs and this includes the setup of a new system. In this case, someone will bring the system to your location and then work with your personnel to ensure that it is up and running as you need it to be. This typically involves configuring the disk drives, ensuring the Operating System is configured correctly, Active Directory is integrated correctly etc.

Commissioning

Once a system has been setup, it needs to be commissioned, to do this, we ensure that the systems are working correctly and that you are satisfied with the performance and operation of the system.
